By providing my data in this form, I consent to the following: (a) The provision of personal data is voluntary and my personal data("Personal Data") can be used and disclosed for the purposes of (i)processing my registration to participate in the above event and its future evaluation, and (ii) contacting me in connection with the above event and other activities/events organised or handled by the Church of Saint Anthony(CSA) and the Youth of Saint Anthony(YSA)
(b) All photos, videos or audio recordings obtained and/or derived from the above event which may contain my image/voice or any other proprietary rights may be used freely for archival purposes, on CSA and YSA websites, publications, social media and for future publicity purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
(c) The Personal Data may be disclosed to other groups within CSA and service providers which have been appointed to assist in the processing, analysis and/or retention of data.
(d) The Personal Data may be retained by CSA for a period of 24 months commencing from the date of the above event, and may be used for the purposes described unless otherwise notified. Thereafter, the Personal Data will be destroyed.
